Drifting Free!

CFRC was feeling the holiday spirit and invited around 40 drivers to attend a free-to-drive event. All entry fees waived for those specific drivers. We were really pumped up to attend because we knew there would be a decent amount of good drivers there.

Turned out to be a really awesome event with no stress. No competition, no worries. Just hanging out and driving with friends.

It has been a LONG time since I got to throw cars around with Patrick Goodin, a 2012 FD Rookie.

We started to line up with other friends and got into some multiple car tandems that ended with a scattered mess of cars. Its rare that I have been in a 4+ car group and had a clean pass... Luckily, we were on our game and navigated the dynamic course without smashing anything! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find much media from this event. Photographers are very image sensative and night shots don't always come out as planned.
